• Please fill out the registration sheet and submit with the down payment to Marcia Nachtman by January 10th. You can drop off the form/deposit to Marcia at St. Mary’s parish office. (Please slide in the mail slot door in the hallway entrance if the parish office is closed).

• Your spot is not guaranteed until you pay the deposit of $125/person.
• Checks should be made out to “BTC Ignite”.
• Please sign and return the WHITE copy of the payment agreement and adhere to the payment schedule.

• Students will be expected to attend 2 NCYC “boot camp” meetings next fall to prepare for the trip. At these meetings we will work on trade items, look over the breakout sessions and opportunities at NCYC and do some faith sharing to prepare our hearts for this faith experience.
• Attend masses at their home parish. Students will be asked to go to a weekend mass so the parish can recognize them and bless them before we hit the road.
• Youth and parents will need to fill out all paperwork associated with the trip once it is made available to me by the Archdiocese of Dubuque. There will be some meeting times this spring or fall to fill out the paperwork. There will also be meetings next October to discuss final trip plans.
